As a Sales Associate, you will curate refined, highly personalised experiences for our clients. You will build lasting relationships founded on trust, discretion and deep product knowledge, guiding clients through some of life’s most meaningful purchases.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, bespoke client journey from first interaction to aftercare
  • Build a loyal client portfolio through thoughtful follow-up and relationship management
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge and storytelling that enhances perceived value
  • Identify opportunities to introduce clients to new collections and private viewings
  • Support exclusive showroom events and VIP appointments
  • Maintain impeccable showroom presentation and brand standards
  • Consistently achieve strong personal sales performance
