We want you to be able to order with confidence. If your purchase is not quite as you expected we will cover the postage costs of returning any jewellery to us.

All of our jewellery is made using quality materials to the highest possible standard, with each piece carefully inspected once completed. We are happy to offer free repairs on any issues caused by a manufacturing defect.

45 Day Returns 
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from Catherine Best, you can send your order back to us within 45 days and we will send you 100% of the purchase price back, no questions asked.*

Free Ring Resizing
We understand that accurately measuring for your perfect ring can be difficult, which is why Catherine Best offers a free ring resizing service. We would be delighted to complete one resize, free of charge, within the first year of your purchase.**

Bespoke or Customised Jewellery

Kindly note that Catherine Best does not accept exchanges or refunds on any bespoke or customised jewellery.

*If your order was delivered by DHL to the UK it is essential to contact us prior to your return. This is so you can qualify for a refund of the VAT charged on your order.

** If your ring requires a sizing up then a fee may be charged for any precious metal/s used in the process. The sizing itself will remain a free service.
