Catherine Best came from humble beginnings to now stand firmly as part of the community in both Jersey, Guernsey and on beautiful Elizabeth Street in London. Both of the Jersey and Guernsey stores have been created in original windmills, lovingly restored to house Catherine Best’s workshops and studios, both of which have become iconic landmarks on both islands.
