Marketing Executive - Guernsey
Employment type: Full-time, in-house
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Executive to work closely with the Head of Marketing as a true right-hand support across the full marketing function. This role blends content and photoshoot production support, influencer marketing strategy and execution, and shared oversight of our digital activity.
You will be comfortable moving between practical, on-the-ground tasks and higher-level strategic support in the same day — equally happy coordinating a shoot, briefing an influencer, sitting in on an important meeting, or picking up admin and everyday tasks as needed. Confidence using AI tools to work faster and smarter across content, research and admin is essential.
Your Responsibilities
Photoshoot & Content Production Support
- Assist in selecting jewellery for shoots in line with campaign objectives
- Source and liaise with models ahead of and during shoots
- Source and liaise with locations, managing bookings and logistics
- Coordinate shoot logistics end to end, ensuring everything is organised and prepared
- Prepare, manage and carefully handle jewellery before, during and after shoots
- Ensure all items are correctly stored and returned following use
Influencer Marketing
- Help build and execute our influencer marketing strategy
- Identify, source and manage influencer and creator partnerships
- Coordinate gifting, paid collaborations and content deliverables
- Track influencer performance and report on ROI
- Work with influencers to support launches, campaigns and brand storytelling
Digital Oversight (Working Alongside the Head of Marketing)
- Support oversight of paid and organic digital activity, including Meta and Google Ads
- Help monitor website performance, UX and conversion opportunities
- Support SEO best practice and online brand presence, including Google Business and reviews
- Assist with digital reporting and performance insights
Right-Hand & Administrative Support
- Act as a right-hand to the Head of Marketing, adapting to shifting daily priorities
- Provide administrative and organisational support as required
- Support and sit in on important meetings, taking notes and following up on actions
- Assist with day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns and copywriting
- Happy to help with the small, practical things as well as the important ones
AI & Ways of Working
- Use AI tools confidently and proactively to speed up content, research and admin tasks
- Bring ideas for where AI can improve everyday marketing workflows
Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in a marketing role, ideally spanning content, digital and campaign support
- Working knowledge of Meta and Google Ads
- Experience coordinating shoots or working with talent/models is a strong advantage
- Experience with, or a genuine interest in, influencer marketing
- Very comfortable and confident using AI tools day to day
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly adaptable, proactive and comfortable with a fast-changing pace
What We Are Looking For
- A true team player who is a natural right-hand support
- Someone equally comfortable with hands-on tasks and higher-level support
- A self-starter who takes ownership without needing close direction
- Someone with a genuine interest in brand, content and digital marketing
What We Offer
- Full-time, in-house role
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Close mentorship and exposure to the full marketing function
- Opportunity to grow and shape the role over time
