We are looking for a mature-minded, polished, and socially intelligent Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our close-knit team. You’ll be part of a brand that values craftsmanship, personal service, and lasting relationships.

Working a 4-day week from Friday to Monday, you'll be at the heart of our busiest trading days, engaging clients with warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge that inspires confidence and loyalty.

  • Proven Sales Ability: You know how to connect with clients and exceed sales targets in a luxury or service-driven setting
  • Social Intelligence: You read the room effortlessly, building genuine rapport and long-term relationships
  • Mature Mindset: Calm under pressure, emotionally intelligent, and composed — especially during high-value sales or client concerns
  • Team Player: Collaborative, supportive, and committed to team success as much as your own
  • Willingness to Learn: You take pride in improving your product knowledge and growing with the business
  • Immaculate Communication & Presentation: A natural presenter with an eye for detail and a love of luxury

Preferred Experience

  • Background in luxury retail, jewellery, or hospitality
  • Confidence working with high-net-worth clients (or ready to grow into it)
  • Familiarity with CRM activity and tools (training provided)
