We are seeking a polished, organised, and commercially minded Assistant Manager to join our Jersey showroom. This is a dynamic, multi-tasking role that bridges sales, operations, and administration — ideal for someone who thrives and enjoys wearing multiple hats. As Assistant Manager, you will support the Business Development Manager in leading the team, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional client experience every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Support the achievement of team targets while personally delivering outstanding client service and relationship management. 
  • Operational Oversight: Managing and supporting day-to-day shop and business logistics. 
  • Administrative Support: Take responsibility for back-office tasks such as scheduling, reporting, invoicing, and coordinating with Head Office.
  • Team Support & Coaching: Assist in guiding, motivating, and mentoring the sales team to achieve their goals and deliver consistent brand standards.
  • Client Excellence: Ensure all clients receive a warm, personalised experience that reflects the values of craftsmanship, care, and quality.
  • Problem Solving: Confidently resolve day-to-day challenges with a calm, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in luxury retail, or high-end hospitality
  • A confident multitasker with proven ability to manage sales, admin, and operations concurrently
  • High emotional intelligence with a professional and approachable manner Natural leadership qualities and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or retail management software is a plus
